We want you to be happy with your purchases from Jacksons Interiors & Gifts .

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in an unused condition; in its original packaging within 30 days for an exchange or refund of the full purchase price. You are required to pay the return postage costs unless the item received was faulty . 

Once processed you will receive an email containing the details of your refund. 

Please be aware that it could take your bank a further 7 days for the funds to appear back in your bank account.

If your item has arrived damaged , please contact us with 24 hours of receipt and we can arrange either a refund or replacement. We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after this period.  

Please can we ask that you keep the original packaging and email a photograph of the damaged item so that we are able to claim back from the Courier company.

When returning items to us please ensure that the parcel is packaged adequately to ensure they are not damaged in transit, otherwise we may not be able to offer an exchange or refund. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed . This will be issued back  to your  original method of payment, within 72 hours of receiving the returned goods and can take 7 working days to appear.
